I am currently working on a detailed grind guide of 0-150 but it's not quite ready because of a stupid mistake. Anyways, here are some of the things I've found.
Copper.....LOTS OF COPPER!! I would recomend have 250-300 smelted bars ready to go. Almost every pattern up to 100 skill uses copper in some way.
Bronze....another biggy. 100-200 bars would be my suggestion
Stone....at first glance 10 stones to make one statue seemed silly but as you start chewing into your stock pile of copper those 10 stones don't seem like alot. I would have 150 of each kind of stone ready to go because its a free 15 skill ups for each type of stone.
For those of us that went nuts and stockpiled jems like the world was coming to an end, you will have a TON of spare gems. For some reason, jewelcrafting doesn't use a whole lot of gems....at least 0-100 anyway. If you are storing up ore for prospecting..don't. The gems you have wil be more then enough. If you want to sell off the ore thats up to you.
There is one ring that uses 2 shadowgems that is a great grinder and looks like it stays orange for 15 levels at least. other then that, just a malchite here or a pearl there. Nothing stunning yet.
One thing that is nice, these craftable rings are damn decent for the level. One is "of the Owl" with +3 stan and +4 int at like level 23. There is another one that a blue quality and has a +4/+4 random enchant at level 24 I think.
I should have the 0-150 guide up by Friday night. Until then, think about the few tasty tid bits i provided.
