There were many new quests added in the 2.10 patch, but there are certain 5 man quests in the Ogri'la chain that are, for the moment, solable.
First, here are the 5 quests

Now this is a very simple trick and can be done by anyone who is able to get the quests.
First, you simple wait around by the mob until a group comes up and decides to kill it to finish the quest. After the mob is dead, the item will appear on the ground. Now heres the nifty part - The item is lootable by anyone!
It doesn't matter if the group is of the opposite faction or anything, you are still able to get the item and complete the quest.

Now each quest gets you about 20g if you are level 70, and it takes about 5 min for a group to come around to do the quest, considering the patch recently came out. So that is an easy 100g in about 25min. Plus, now you are able to continue and grind Ogri'la rep solo.
