Well in netherstorm for all your higher levels, dr boom has over 650000 health and he cant hit you if you stand http://img216.imageshack.us/my.php?image=bowlvlinguz5.jpg right there on that barrel and you can hit him fine and he cant u hit you. you can sit there and pound on him for ages then IF you do kill him he spawns back with in 1 or 2 minutes.
Im pretty sure you lvl your weps off him but mines already maxed out so im not to sure
