It will take work to be useful...but in Tanaris I've found it to be a great method(wide open run space).
Basis: Everyone knows if you run far enough away your pet 'unsummons' and that if you summon him again it will be at full life.
Exploit/Cheat: 1.While in battle run far enough to unsummon your pet but don't keep running so that you leave battle. Stop as soon as your pet unsummons...The mobs will still be aggrod on you. 2.Resummon pet. 3.=Free full heal and unlimited tanking ability out of your pet.
Strategy: Get into a fight with a mob. If your pet gets low life and you aren't going to be able to take the mob yourself then 'turn on cheetah speed'/'Just start running away'. When your pet unsummons the mobs will chase you. Resummon your pet and he will be on full life. Own mobs that would've owned you
