I cannot guarantee that it will work for you but
it worked for me. I accidently deleted a TIER 1 bracer (BoE) and asked
a gm to restore it ( Please note you only have 3 restores per account )
when i got the item back in the mail it wasn't bound to me so i could
sell it again..
So to make a long story short
1. Delete a BoE had equipped but don't need anymore
2. Ask a GM to restore
3. Get your item out of the mail ( not bound to you )
as i said i only did this once so i cant confirm the gm's are always that stupid =)
