I notice a thread here for tanking gear pre-raid but not for DPS. Now i know this is largely because of A) There isnt much room for dps warriors in 5 mans, and B) there is a distinct lack of DPS plate actually IN tbc.
Never the less we need something to prepare for arenas, and i for one dont want to go in there prot spec'd and sporting full bold. Im going to list only blues and what is a recommendation, not a complete list. The layout of this post is borrowed from the current thread on tanking gear pre-raid.
Items i could find with resilience on them have been highlighted with an underscore - Im trying to stock up on this stat to help out in arenas.

The new 2 minute trinket is also useful from your pvp vendor, but is 24k honor which at the moment is hard to grind. Any suggestions for pvp trinkets welcome! We lack choice here as we basically HAVE to equip insignia.

Ok there are literally tons of weapons out there, but im just going to list the few i would reccommend - keep in mind a weapon is arguably our most important piece of gear... and you really dont want to be slacking here...

Obviously you have the three main blacksmith craftable weapons of Thunder, Lunar crescent and the Lionheart Blade. I am currently saving up for Thunder as im focusing on PVP, and when you can upgrade this to add the 4 sec stun proc, combined with mace spec and the stunning meta gem, i think this is gonna rock hard for arenas.
