An easy way to deal with Mandokir and his raptor is the following.

Once the main tank killed the speaker (he should be killing the speaker alone in order to build up some rage), he charges towards Mandokir and tanks him near the bottom of the stairs of that pyramid. At the same time another tank charges to the raptor and nobody does damage to the raptor but his tank(!!).

Meanwhile the raid runs halfway up the stairs and jumps on the ledge in the middle of the pyramid (they should be right above Mandokir now). Make sure that while the raid moves up some healers stay down and watch for the tanks. Once the raid is on the ledge, the tank dealing with the raptor as well as the healers move up to the others on that ledge as well. Still, don't attack the raptor!

Now start with damage on Mandokir, but avoid overnuking. Keep the MT alive. At this point you can have the melee fighters jump down to Mandokir in order to make some damage (as Mandokir will anyway try to charge the player that is furthest from him). Just pay attention that the tank who was pulling aggro from the raptor stays on the ledge!!

If done properly, the raptor will be standing on the stair doing nothing and Mandokir will be unable to charge the players on the ledge. Nevertheless, you should immediately stop any actions when you are watched by Mandokir.

When Mandokir is dead, don't forget to take care of the raptor before trying to loot... :-)
