Discovered this by accident, but have been able to replicate it several times.

Make sure your druid is in cat form with 'track humanoids' toggled on.

Get ready to enter a battleground or instance.

Just as the battleground or instance loading window is about to be displayed, hit the button to switch back from cat form to normal form - you need to time this correctly so that the button is actioned a fraction of a second before the load screen appears, but make sure that the load screen interrupts the transformation from cat form being visible.

If you time it right, you should find yourself in the instance or battleground in druid form, but with tracking humanoids still on.

This effect will be cancelled when you next transform.
